McMahons Jersey Shore Powerwash
For hotels & office buildings

High-Rise and Parking Garage Cleaning

Clean the parts of the building nobody can reach, without a lift on the sidewalk or a floor out of service.

Hotels, office towers, mid-rise and high-rise condominiums

Drone & High-Rise Exterior Cleaning

Reach the whole facade without touching the sidewalk.

Above roughly three storeys, the traditional answer is scaffolding, a boom lift, or a swing stage. All three mean permits, sidewalk closures, staging area, and days of visible disruption in front of your entrance. Drone soft-washing does the same work from the air: the same chemistry, applied at the same low pressure, without anything on the ground and without anyone suspended off your roof. Most facades that used to be a multi-day production become a scheduled visit.

Facade and cladding soft-wash

Algae, mildew, salt film, and atmospheric grime off EIFS, stucco, brick, precast, and metal panel, at low pressure so nothing is driven into a joint or a sealant line.

Upper-floor glass and curtain wall

The band of glass above safe pole reach and below the roofline, which is normally the part that gets skipped between full window-cleaning contracts.

Roof, parapet, and cornice

Roof slopes, parapet caps, cornices, and the ledges that collect debris and streak the elevation below them every time it rains.

Signage, canopies, and entry

Building signage, porte-cocheres, canopies, and the entrance elevation guests actually look at on the way in.

Pre-inspection aerial survey

A documented pass before and after, so you can see the condition of elevations nobody has looked at closely in years.

No lift, no scaffold, no closure

No staging area, no sidewalk shed, no lift permit, and no lane closure in front of your entrance while the work runs.

Hotels, office buildings, mixed-use and municipal decks

Parking Garage & Structured Parking Cleaning

Clean the deck without closing the deck.

A parking structure is usually the first thing a guest or a tenant sees and the last thing anyone budgets to clean. Tire rubber, oil drip, road salt, dust, and bird waste build up until the deck reads as neglected and the stairwells read as unsafe. We run structured parking level by level on an off-hours schedule, so you lose a section at a time rather than the whole garage, and we contain and recover what comes off the deck instead of sending it to the nearest storm drain.

Deck and drive-lane cleaning

Full deck wash lifting tire rubber, oil film, road salt, and dust, worked level by level so the garage stays open.

Stairwells and elevator lobbies

The spaces that drive the safety perception of the whole structure, including landings, handrails, and corners.

Columns, walls, and ceilings

Vertical and overhead surfaces, where the grey film is heaviest and where nobody with a ride-on scrubber ever reaches.

Oil and grease spot treatment

Targeted treatment on the stains that a general wash will not lift, especially in reserved and valet stalls.

Runoff containment and recovery

Wash water contained and recovered rather than released to the storm drain, which is the part that turns a garage wash into a compliance problem if it is skipped.

Pre-restriping and pre-seal prep

Deck prepared ahead of restriping, sealing, or a membrane inspection, so the coating goes onto a clean substrate.

Why managers sign it off

Built for buildings that cannot close.

The objection to cleaning a tower or a deck is almost never the cleaning. It is the lift, the permit, the closure, and the runoff. This line exists to remove all four.

01

No lift, no scaffold, no permit

Drone access removes the staging, the sidewalk closure, and the permit timeline that make a high-elevation wash expensive and slow.

02

Certified and insured to fly

FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot with drone-specific liability coverage on top of our $2M general liability and $1M commercial auto. COI issued to your property before we mobilize.

03

Scheduled around occupancy

Overnight and off-hours shifts, sequenced level by level or elevation by elevation, so guests, tenants, and parkers are never shut out of the building.

04

Runoff handled properly

Wash water contained and recovered on structured decks rather than pushed into the storm drain, so the work does not create an environmental exposure for you.

05

One vendor for the whole envelope

The facade, the roofline, the garage, and the ground-level exterior under one insured contract and one point of contact.

06

Documented before and after

Aerial and deck-level documentation on every visit, which is what ownership and the board actually want to see at renewal.
