Brick.

Home base. We run out of National Avenue in Brick, and the township is the single busiest patch on our list: Greenbriar's 55+ communities, Herbertsville and Laurelton's mix of split-levels and capes, and the bayfront homes along Cherry Quay. Inland Brick doesn't see the same salt-aerosol load as the barrier-island towns, but the tree cover means heavier algae and mildew on north and east elevations.

Conditions in Brick

What the air does to Brick.

Brick is really two different washing problems in one township. The barrier-island strip at Normandy Beach and the bayfront blocks along the Metedeconk take a straight salt load and behave like Mantoloking or Lavallette. Everything west of Route 35 is a mature, heavily wooded suburb, and there the enemy is shade rather than salt: tree canopy keeps north and east elevations from ever fully drying, and that is where algae and the grey-green mildew film take hold first. The same house can be spotless on its south wall and visibly streaked on its north one.

What Brick homes are built of

Mostly post-war split-levels, ranches, and capes in vinyl and aluminium siding, plus the 55+ attached homes in Greenbriar and the larger bayfront properties at Cherry Quay and Drum Point. Vinyl takes soft-wash chemistry well, which is why Brick jobs tend to be straightforward. The aluminium-sided homes are the ones to be careful with: high pressure chalks and streaks the finish permanently, so they get low pressure and a rinse, never a blast.

We are headquartered right in Brick. Every job is run by the same owner who answered your phone call.

Brick FAQ

Asked in Brick.

What homeowners in Brick ask us most. If yours is not here, call and ask. We don't run a phone tree.

Why does the north side of my Brick house get dirty so much faster?
Shade. Brick has heavy mature tree cover west of Route 35, and a north or east elevation under canopy never dries fully after rain or morning dew. Algae needs moisture more than it needs anything else, so it colonizes the wall that stays damp. It is not a siding defect and it is not something you did wrong.
Is Normandy Beach treated differently from the rest of Brick?
Yes. Normandy Beach and the bayfront blocks are barrier-island conditions, so they get the salt-exposure treatment: gentler chemistry, more attention to decks and railings, and a shorter interval between washes than an inland Brick home needs.
Can you clean aluminium siding without chalking it?
Yes, but only with low pressure. Aluminium that has already begun to oxidize will chalk and streak if you hit it with a pressure washer, and that damage does not come back out. We soft-wash it and rinse, which lifts the growth without stripping what is left of the finish.
FAQ

Things people ask.

Quick answers to what shore homeowners ask most. If yours isn't here, call and ask. We don't run a phone tree.

Are you insured?
Yes — fully insured for residential and commercial work, including a $2M general liability policy and $1M commercial auto. We provide a Certificate of Insurance issued to your specific property on request for commercial jobs and HOA work.
Will pressure washing damage my siding?
Not if it's done right. We use soft-wash technique (low pressure plus a cleaning solution that does the work) on vinyl, wood, painted, and stucco surfaces. High pressure only goes on concrete and brick. We never strip paint or void siding warranties.
How long does a typical house wash take?
Most single-family homes are 2–3 hours start to finish. Larger homes or jobs that include the roof, deck, and driveway run a full day. We give you an arrival window and a finish estimate the morning of the job.
What about plants and landscaping?
We pre-rinse landscaping before any cleaner touches the house, cover plants that physically touch the siding, and post-rinse everything once the wash is complete. Our cleaning solutions are biodegradable and break down within minutes of contact with water.
Do you offer recurring service?
Yes — most commercial customers and many homeowners are on a recurring schedule (annual house wash, bi-annual driveway, etc.). We bill per visit; no contracts required for residential. Recurring residential customers get priority scheduling and 10% off each visit.
Are you DOT-licensed for commercial work?
Yes. Our trucks are commercial-DOT-registered, drivers carry CDLs where required, and we're set up to work in parking lots, drive-thru lanes, and commercial properties with proper traffic-control plans. COI and DOT documentation are available on request.
Do you work with HOAs and property managers?
Yes. We work with several HOAs and property-management companies on scheduled common-area maintenance, mailbox-cluster cleaning, sidewalk pressure-washing, and inspection-prep deep-cleans. We can issue COIs at the property level and bill on net-30 terms for commercial accounts.
